2. Homeowner can access through a login code to the CMS system of Second Home Rent to review the agenda and financial statements of his or her house.
3. Homeowner can change the calendar blocks on the days / weeks that he / she wishes to use the house.
4. Homeowner benefits from the good findability on the internet of Second Home Rent
5. Homeowners are only responsible for the cleaning and management order on arrival.
6. Second Home Care advertise the property on several international portals in order to get the highest possible occupancy.
7. Second Home Care has the responsibility for reservations, finance and guarantees.
8. You always have the option to call on the expertise of Second Home Care whenever there is a problem with the holiday home or tannents.
9. Second Home Care charges for option A is a commission of 25% of the rental price generated via Second Home Rent, no pay, no cure.
□ Option B Total Service
1. Same options as option A +
2. Taking care of all the preperations concerning the cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance during the rental periods.

5. Second Home Care Option B charges a commission of 35% of the rental price generated via Second Home Rent, no cure, no pay.
INSPECTION
The basic package consists of a monthly inspection of your property on the inside as well as on the outside:
• Evidence of suspected burglary
• Evidence of malicious or accidental damage
• Checking the mailbox, and forwarding important letters to the owner
• Pest control
• Compiling of an inspection report after the visit to be sent by e-mail or post
• Additional inspection visit following severe weather conditions
• Recommendation on necessary maintenance repairs. These can be done by Second Home Care on an hourly rate basis.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE
We provide the following services:
•Mowing the lawns

This service is provided on a weekly basis:

MANAGEMENT SERVICE

We can find you a reliable building contractor or specialised local artisan, we will check on the progress of your contracted building activities and report to you on a regular basis by phone or e-mail (pictures included).
Judging this way on the progress of the work you contracted will give you peace of mind and confidence that on your next visit to France, you will find your property updated to your specifications and standards.
Should you want to modify some specifications or changes to be done we can discuss your issues directly with the contractor on your behalf and if need be require a revised quote for your approval.
