A holiday home or a home that is rented or purchased to spend the holidays and consists of at least:

    The fitted kitchen has cooking facilities

  • Furniture

    The furniture is intact and tidy

  • Facilities

    The facilities are clean and well maintained

  • Hot water

    Enough hot water is available for maximum occupancy

  • Electrical devices

    Electrical equipment, electrical outlets, exposed wires and lamps are undamaged and in good condition

  • Smoke detectors

    Tested and fully operational Smoke detecting devices
